Seismic event indicators say Earth is moving through the second Earth-change Lull Period (ending February 14, 2019) for the 2019 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned between the Sun and Libra Constellation. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 42 show two 7-mag earthquake events (2016, 2018) with four of the 6-magnitude earthquake events (for 2019), which is just above the average for the last five years (3.2; 2.4 last week). Twenty of the 5-magnitude earthquake events for Week 42 is half the weekly year-over-year total average (39.4; 25.8 last week) with 266 of the 2.5-to-4-mag quakes being right at the weekly-event average (317; 296.6, 238.8, 240.4, 234.6, 210.2 last 4 weeks). Four deep-quake harmonic tremors struck under the Fiji-side of the Indonesia-Fiji Seismic-Volcanic Origination Zone (including this 4.5-mag Fiji Quake @ 516.3-K depth), which works to increase deep-magma-plume-wave action along Buoyancy-barrier Corridor 2. The 4.5 Philippines Quake (USGS), 4.5 Japan Quake (USGS), and 4.2 Russia Quake (USGS) striking along Corridor 1 providing moderate weekly number of deep quakes striking in Earth mantle transition zone (wiki). The North America West Coast Quake threat-window has closed with the quake pattern from late-June/early-July ending. The time-sequence pattern of these key quake events (5.1 Sandwich Islands*, 4.9 Panama, 4.5 Ecuador, 4.5 Panama, 5.0 Cayman Islands, 4.2 Mexico**) running from December 06*-12**, shows another magma-energy wave pushing north from the Corridor 2 Elbow Position (South America) towards Cascadia. Oklahoma has seen only three quakes (2.5+) in the last seven days while three quakes (2.6 Ohio, 2.5 Virginia, 2.5 Virginia) strike east of the Mississippi River Basin.
