Pilot captures amazing aerial images of Area 51

Private pilot Gabriel Zeifman recently captured a whole series of impressive snaps of the secretive base.
There are few places on Earth as notoriously secretive as Area 51 - a remote facility in the Nevada desert that has become synonymous with stories of reverse-engineered alien technology and the development of highly advanced black projects that next to nobody knows anything about.
Despite this however, it is actually possible for private planes to legally skirt the borders of the extensive Nevada Test and Training Range which is home to both Area 51 and the Tonopah Test Range Airport - another facility that the powers that be would prefer to keep tightly under wraps.
Just recently, private pilot Gabriel Zeifman undertook a flight in his Cessna 150 that took him perilously close to the border of the test range - offering him a unique opportunity to capture a stunning series of high-resolution shots of two of America's most inaccessible locations.
"This last weekend, I was unable to get permission to fly into any of the restricted areas, so I took the opportunity to get some great pictures of TNX [Tonopah Test Range Airport] as I skirted the perimeter," he told The War Zone..
"I don't have any kind of special authorization in these airspaces, they're just random transits that I've been given enroute to other places when the airspace is cold."
"The plane is just a standard Cessna 150. Asides from seeing the legendary Groom Lake, it's been quite neat to see the other parts of the ranges including all the targets and infrastructure."
