Failed trickery that could be discerned by 5 year olds seem to be beyond the mental capabilities of adult lolcows to figure out. One reaches back, remembering the way their lives were just a scant 4 months ago, mostly void of government lunatics shuttering businesses, economies and lives, and instead of fighting for what has been taken from them, the lolcows acquiesce to these morons’ ‘guidelines’ to do odd and harmful things…to themselves. Like being mauled in your own home each day, it’s the ‘new normal’, where lives are tattered to shreds, stupidity and insanity reigns, and one steps out of their crib each day and wonders, ‘how will I be f**ked up the arse today’? Public health authorities define a significant exposure to Covid-19 as face-to-face contact within 6 feet with a patient with symptomatic Covid-19 that is sustained for at least a few minutes (and some say more than 10 minutes or even 30 minutes). The chance of catching Covid-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal. In many cases, the desire for widespread masking is a reflexive reaction to anxiety over the pandemic.
