Since Dave is claiming to be a SovCit Secured Party Creditor, is he talking about all caps Dave not receiving a dime? LOL

Then of course you have his companies. Did the Sedona Connection, or Cosmic Connection llc receive any dimes, which of course are not "Dave" or "DAVE"?

How about Dave's bar tab? Did Robert or Nicole pay for it out of funds not derived from Meta 1? There were a lot of Meta 1 Team members at those after workshop parties...

This is why the SEC has taking them to court...To find out where all those investors "dimes" went. According to the court docs, they want an accounting for 8 million dollars worth of them.

Yes when he says HE never received a dime its a word game. I still think he is insane if he thinks the people who have lost money are going to stop grilling him! Would not be surprised if one of the victims showed up at his workshops with a bat and went to town on him. He really thinks he is convincing people but as you saw on the July 29 video people want answers!

Dave has already started to turn on Robert publicly with his "Sgt. Schultz" defence.

The court of public opinion doesn't count in a court of law.

Dave has made various statements, and took certain actions, during "the relevant period", as cited in the SEC's complaint.

Were the workshops Dave Schmidt with Robert and Meta 1, or were the workshops Robert and Meta 1 with Dave Schmidt?

Dave did more than just talk about Meta 1, as he claims...

The Facebook page changed from emailing "Joyce" to "invest" and no longer posting.

The YouTube channel isn't reposting the fake Russian girl narrations.

There hasn't been a recent newsletter.

Dave is being very careful with what he is saying. That's funny for someone who keeps saying they aren't doing anything wrong. Is Dave admitting something by being quiet?

What they are not liking is that they sold Meta 1 Scam Coin to investors based on art they didn't own. They have even admitted it. Then they switched to gold and don't like the facts that came out they don't have that either. I'm sure they are getting lots of calls and emails from investors wanting to know what's up.
