We Are Beating COVID & Climate Fraud in Courts, Media Silent

Despite mainstream media silence, the resistance to globalist tyranny based on junk science – either against climate and COVID19 scaremongering – is winning in the courts. Government scientists are consistently failing to bring into courts any hard evidence for their fantastic claims humans are dangerously warming the planet or spreading a deadly virus.
In response to these ‘crises’ crony politicians have offered ‘solutions’ that always involve stealing our wealth and freedoms.
It is no coincidence that each of these doomsayer narratives favors rich over poor, big business over small and increased bureaucratic centralisation rather than individual autonomy. In both cases the policymakers always rely on a small pool of cherry-picked ‘experts’ who trot out remedies premised on dubious, often secret, science and backed up by an echo chamber of discredited group think institutions yelling the tired mantra that we must ‘follow the science!’
The trouble is, the glib call to ‘follow the science’ is little more than appeal to the group think. It is ostensibly subjective, couched in data fed into subsequently discredited GIGO computer models that were never empirically verified.
The upshot is that we outcasts in independent (not sold out) science, with no access to a level media playing field to mount a coherent rebuttal, have to chivvy away on social media back waters making our case at grassroots level. I made our case on ASIA PACIFIC TV broadcast with Mike Ryan.
You may be forgiven for believing we have been losing because you don’t hear of our successes in the Fake News legacy press. But the wins have been coming steadily.
Regular readers of PSI over the past couple of years have read our reports of court cases already settled which have demonstrated lack of evidence for the claims that carbon dioxide ‘dangerously’ warms the planet, and more recently, admissions from authorities that there is no gold standard isolate for the COVID19 virus infection.
In effect, if there is no proof of a virus then there can be no test or vaccine for it. The pandemic, like CO2-driven global warming, was concocted within the realms of secret science jiggery-pokery.
From hard bitten experience, having backed my friend and Principia Scientific (PSI) colleague, Dr Tim Ball, in his eight-year court battle with climate fraudster, Michael Mann, we know it takes lawyers, deep pockets and honest judges and jurors to expose these scams.
After two years of making up the science as they go along, the politicians and their secret scientists are being called to account by the steadily awakening masses.
Now as we enter the end game of the fraud we are seeing these government ‘experts’ called to the front lines to defend their crumbling narratives.
Still clutching to their appeals to authority, they are popping up on social media demanding urgent clamp downs on whistleblowers exposing their mendacity. A timely case in point occurred a few days ago.
The once golden boy of the climate cult, Dr Michael Mann, beaten in the Supreme Court of British Columbia two years ago by my aforesaid PSI buddy, last week crawled out from under his stone to register a desperate plea on Twitter. He demanded even heavier censorship to try to hide the failed consensus narratives over climate and covid.
In a statement to Forbes, Dr Mann said:
Ferguson has failed abysmally in every prediction for every virus outbreak from swine flu, SARS, Nile virus, bird flu etc. and he is always at the beck and call of policymakers when they need him. This clown infamously warned that half a million Brits would die – utterly absurd scaremongering and proven as such.
But as with other government science ‘experts’ Ferguson’s data for his predictions are concocted tripe. Scratch the surface and it crumbles. Like fellow phoney, Michael Mann, Data distorter Ferguson is now facing a court trial in Belgium for his fakery of the science. Many still don’t know that this con artist has NO qualifications in the biological sciences despite enjoying fame as an ‘expert’ on public policy matters.
Most countries obliged “expert” Ferguson’s lockdown mantra but he was later exposed in the House of Lords for playing fast and loose with the numbers, thanks to sterling work by Viscount Ridley.
But Ferguson and Mann are like bad pennies. They always seem to show up again later. Is that because they will say and do anything their government paymasters tell them?
Unlike Mann’s climate gambit to get us to curb emissions of carbon dioxide (essential plant food) Ferguson’s covid caper warned us that unless governments around the world adopted his preferred suite of nonpharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) to ward off the pandemic, then we are all doomed!
As the climate caper failed after 30 years to achieve much, little has been seen of Dr Mann but Cindy Harper explains what prompted him to re-appear and make his desperate demand on Twitter:

The criminals in the big corporations who benefit from these trillion dollar boondoggles get away with it for decades due the complicity of government corruption.
Politicians take our hard earned taxes and hand them over to the jabbers so they already make billions of dollars. Politicians mandate we all take the product and that is called crony capitalism.
But Big Pharma refuses to show us the data that shows if these jabs are safe and effective. Ideally, professional journalists should be all over this mega story. They are not. Citizens are doing it for themselves.

Thereby, the schtick is exposed; the emperor has no clothes and we were duped by smoke and mirrors.
Thousands of international lawyers are working with Dr Reiner Fuellmich pursuing class action claims against corrupt government officials which are seen as so serious a threat to human health that the scandal is being dubbed ‘Nuremberg 2.0‘.
They are working within current legal structures to shine light where it is most needed and which can wake up the greatest number of the brainwashed and gullible.
