Can You Help Drain the Swamp and Make Government More Efficient?
On March 13, 2017 this executive order was signed:
We are asking that all patriots within the executive branch and administrative services to join us in offering constructive ways to help make our government services leaner and more efficient. The Anonymous Patriots offer the following suggestions below to get the ball rolling. If you have your own specific, actionable suggestions, please send them to the White House suggestion box or to us through our email channels where we will add your suggestions to this article.
2) The occupancy rates in government buildings (every agency) across the country are extremely low due to the hiring freeze. Direct agencies should be ordered not to renew any leases on any government buildings and collapse the buildings/occupants into other agency vacant spaces until occupancy rates approach 95%. We are paying tens of millions annually for space we do not use. As all entrepreneurs know, including our Chief Entrepreneur Donald Trump, rent and building costs are a substantial amount of the operating budgets of any business or government. The cost savings would be extensive.
3) Send analysts, middle management and other redundant positions back to the front-line to serve the American people. Egregiously paid and unnecessary government employees saturate the Federal Government and do not return any value to the American people; have them return to serving this country from the front-line, not behind a desk looking at reports all day making $100k+/yr.
4) Specific to the IRS, we see the substantial fraud and waste in government entitlements that go unenforced due to political stigma of targeting certain groups of persons, namely welfare recipients. TIGTA/GAO reports annually to Congress on Entitlement Fraud Related to the IRS. For example, Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Fraud is rampant. It is estimated that the costs to the Federal Government (not including the State Entitlements that use Federal Tax Return information) is in the tens of billions annually, but because the federal government has become the plantation master of the disenfranchised and weaponized poor, it doesn’t go after taxpayers who clearly cheat and defraud government programs.
We all need to be a part of the solution and do our part to help the new administration clean the swamp. So get your gator gear on and start doing your part!

Presidential Executive Order on a Comprehensive Plan for Reorganizing the Executive Branch
The order is intended to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of the executive branch by directing the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (Director) to propose a plan to reorganize governmental functions and eliminate unnecessary agencies (as defined in section 551(1) of title 5, United States Code), components of agencies, and agency programs.We are asking that all patriots within the executive branch and administrative services to join us in offering constructive ways to help make our government services leaner and more efficient. These items can be enacted immediately and will cut costs, eliminate waste, and reduce the size of the Federal Government.
1) Terminate all Probationary Employees – the rules changed several years ago at the IRS (and potentially other agencies).
