A Worthy Question--- A Name or a Name?

A Worthy Question--- A Name or a Name? By Anna Von Reitz plus more Proxy?url=http%3A%2F%2Fannavonreitz.com%2Fanna145
By Anna Von Reitz

This from Robert S:

"How can it be that an unincorporated vessel located in Alaska can use a rule of the State of Washington for a basis in the name claim?"

It's actually a Washington State Session Law, not a State of Washington rule, but the fundamental answer is that there is a difference between unincorporated, corporate, and incorporated.

Names in the form: John Mark Doe have to function both on the land and at sea.

On the land they are Trade Names.  At sea they are Foreign Situs Trusts.  You can't tell the difference between land jurisdiction Trade Names and sea jurisdiction Foreign Situs Trusts just by looking at them.  They appear to be identical.

That's why FDR's fraud scheme worked so very well.

So what the Certificate of Assumed Name does is establish the "permanent domicile" of the Name on the land and soil of whichever state, and then goes on to claim the Name in Maritime and Admiralty jurisdictions, too.  In those jurisdictions the Name (Admiralty) and the NAME (Maritime) represent corporate and incorporated entities, respectively.

On the land the Name is unincorporated, in Admiralty it is corporate, and in Maritime it is incorporated.

This is the difference between Anna (unincorporated being/ "natural person"), The Anna Company (private company), and Anna, Inc. (corporation).
Visually it looks like this: Anna Maria Riezinger (Trade Name on the land), Anna Maria Riezinger (Foreign Situs Trust on the High Seas), and ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER (incorporated Cestui Que Vie Trust in commerce).

So, getting back to your question how can Washington State Session Law be used to make a claim related to an unincorporated entity in Alaska?  Because the claim is being made in Admiralty jurisdiction and all franchise organizations subject to federal territorial law have to be in compliance and have to respect the "corollary" laws of their sister States.

This is why Minnesota Rule 222 applies nationwide.

This is why Regulation Z of the Federal Motor Vehicle Code which provides for the exemption of private autos and trucks from registration has to be provided for by all the territorial franchise corporations operated as "States of States" and you can reference the state laws from any sister state related to this subject to compel obedience.

This is the same reason that you can walk into a McDonald's franchise anywhere on Earth and order a Big Mac.  If it applies to one, it applies to all.

It will be well-worth your while to study this little discussion and discern the necessity of figuring out the jurisdiction at any given time---and clearly stating the jurisdiction.  It's easy to tell the difference between "Anna Maria Riezinger" and "ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER" ---- but you have to define whether that "Anna Maria Riezinger" is standing on the land or floating on the High Seas, because in that case, we could be referencing the Trade Name of a living woman standing on dry land, or we could be referencing a Foreign Situs Trust belonging to a private company operating on the High Seas.

In the Certificate of Assumed Name we are specifically and purposefully addressing the latter case---the Foreign Situs Trust(s) named after the original land jurisdiction Trade Name, and then we go on to address the derivative Municipal corporation franchises dba ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER, ANNA M. RIEZINGER, RIEZINGER, ANNA M.  and so on.   If you don't put in your claim for "The Anna Company" version Name and claim the Foreign Situs Trust on the High Seas, you have no standing in their courts and they can "administer" your "Foreign Situs Trust" however they please.  Preventing that and retaining control over your name and placing it in proper ownership and character as belonging to an American civilian is the whole reason behind the Certificate of Assumed Name.

The Foreign Situs Trusts operate under federal territorial jurisdiction and so, fall under federal code and statutes that apply to every territorial franchise "State"--- with the result that the Alaska and Washington State Session Laws and resulting Statutes have to be in compliance with federal territorial law and any one of the resulting corollary laws can be invoked to provide enforcement in any sister State within that system.

Read that--- there SHOULD be a California State Session Law and a State of California Statute that guarantees your right to claim and issue Common Law Copyright to your own Given Name for use as an Assumed Name in Admiralty and MARITIME jurisdictions, but even if there is not such a law on the books in California, the laws already standing in Alaska and Washington will suffice.  This is the "up" side of having established "uniform" laws and standards for all the state of state franchises.

The Goat Standard

A Worthy Question--- A Name or a Name? By Anna Von Reitz plus more Proxy?url=http%3A%2F%2Fannavonreitz.com%2Fanna145
By Anna Von Reitz

I should admit that I like goats.  They are plucky, enterprising, stubborn, tough, gritty little critters with minds of their own....somewhat like other critters we know.

As a result, I have a natural sympathy with goats and with goatherds.  Herding goats is more difficult than herding sheep, howbeit, for different reasons.

It's difficult to herd sheep because sheep are truly mindless and innocent.  They will find a low hill and stand on it in the midst of floodwater and keep standing there instead of seeking higher ground in the midst of rising water until they drown.  Their rationale, similar to that of American taxpayers seems to be, "Well, my feet are still on the ground so I must be okay, even if my nostrils are under water."

Goats, on the other hand, have no trouble facing facts and seeking higher ground.  Faced with a flood they will not only seek higher ground, they will head for the nearest mountain and keep climbing.  The problem for the goatherd is that they will all do so at the same time and they will all go by a different route because they react individually, not as a herd.

So all his goats are headed--generally--- in the right direction, but they are scattering in a hundred different pathways as they mull their way up the mountain.  (The similarity to the Patriot Movement is unmistakable.) All the goatherd can do is chase up the mountain himself and hope for the best once the storm has passed.

This is the situation that  American government officials are in right now.  The sheep are entrenched and the goats are bounding willy-nilly up the mountain via any pathway that seems navigable, including Bit Coin.

To avoid provoking the prejudices and assumptions that people have about The Gold Standard, I wish to discuss The Goat Standard, instead.

Like gold, goats have intrinsic actual value, so goats can serve as true, lawful money.

Like gold, goats accrue "interest" in the form of more goats being produced, in the form of goat milk and cheese and soap, in the form of goat hair, and finally, in the form of meat and bone meal fertilizer and goatskin.  Goats have a lot of valuable "derivatives".

One might make the argument that on the temporal plane, goats are more valuable than gold, though less convenient to transport and less durable.

Goats even have a value and exchange rate firmly established in the Bible.  The sacrifice of one female goat expiates one sin.  This is similar to the exchange rate established by the 1934 Emergency Banking Act in which one silver dollar is made equivalent to one paper dollar.

In current terms, you'd have to pony up around $200 at a minimum (the low end cost of a viable female goat of reasonable quality) to expiate one sin.  Obviously, then as now, it doesn't take too many sins per week to land yourself in the poor house.

Please note that at this point in their history, the Israelites had become "self-governing" which also means "self-taxing".  They were responsible for following the Law of Moses, imposing the fines and tithes upon themselves voluntarily, and reporting to the Temple with their goats, sheep, and bullocks.

Please note also that in addition to the Basic Ten Commandments, there were over 600 lesser statutes that also had to be followed and that all infractions required sacrifices to atone for.

Having all these lesser statutes guaranteed a constant and ample income for the priests and the Levites, the judges and law-enforcers, in addition to the ten-percent tithe designed to pay for the upkeep and repair and expansion of the Temple.

As a result, the Israelite leaders had a self-perpetuating government that not only received the benefit of all these sacrifices, but which was thereby enabled to police and enforce continuing sacrifices on a mandatory basis.  What started as voluntary adherence to a moral code quickly became oppressive and mandatory, complete with paid snitches and tax collectors.

By the time Jesus arrived on the scene, the people were not only weighed down by the heavy yoke of the Temple officials, they were being crushed by the demands of Caesar, too.

This situation exactly parallels our own situation now, with the Territorial United States Government playing the part of the Temple Government and the Municipal United States Government playing the part of the Roman Government.  We not only have The Ten Commandments still in full force and effect but we have over 80,000,000 statutes to obey and atone for.

Fortunately for us, there isn't a large enough work force on Earth to enforce 80,000,000 statutes, and most of them just remain on the books as a means to punish any possible human behavior of any kind whatsoever.

We have brought all of this upon ourselves and we have paid to bring all of this upon ourselves.  We have forged our own chains and paid our own jailers.   We have done this in the name of God, and then we have turned a blind eye and let priests and politicians sneak in the side door and substitute themselves for God.

Back then, they said, hey, we are the "representatives" of God, so, just pay us for your sins and all will be well with you.  The charge will be one female goat per sin.

Now they say, hey, we are your own dear "representatives", so just pay us for your sins and all will be well with you.  The charge for our service in your behalf will be $200 minimum per sin.

How is this any different than a guy named Guido showing up on your doorstep and saying, "Hey, I represent Mr. Marcioni.  Just pay up $200 a week and all will be well with you."

It isn't.  The only difference is that you are now accused of doing this to yourself.  You are presumed to be the ultimate masochist, criminal, and guilty party promoting this system of things.

If you didn't pay corrupt politicians to create 80,000,000 statutes and didn't pay the police and military to provide enforcement, none of this would be happening, right?

Racketeering and murder and false arrest are the services that you are paying these federal agents to provide to you.  You are --- according to them --- your own Godfather.

Like The Goat Standard, The Gold Standard held rock steady for generations until Franklin Delano Roosevelt took gold out of circulation and confiscated privately held American gold in the biggest heist-under-color-of-law scheme ever.

This created a big spike in gold prices. In other words, the vermin not only gained by stealing the gold held by individual Americans, they gained by running the price of gold up.  The next big spike came in the 1980's when it became legal for people to hold and invest in gold again---and again, the vermin gained steam and got rewarded for being vermin.

Now the reptiles who confiscated, stole, claimed, commandeered and hold by far all the largest gold stashes on the planet desperately want you to come and play in their casino and use their gold casino chips to play their games.  In fact, they NEED you to believe in all these lies and to "give value" to their gold, because if you don't, their gold is just another commodity subject to market forces.

We can use gold to make cheap, super-efficient photo voltaic cells.  We can use it to make durable insulated shingles.  Gold will still have some value, relative to the value of a goat, just not so much as the crooks are literally banking on.

Stop and think about the whole concept of "giving value" to something.  This is an act of volition on your part.  If you value justice and mercy, these things have value.  If you value black jelly beans, they have value.  And if you value gold and silver--- where did their value come from?  From you and whatever use you choose to make of these things.

What we face in this Spiritual War is nothing more or less than coming to grips with our own stupidity, our gullibility, our greed, our fear, our willingness to value baubles above moral principles, our willingness to pay servants who dis-serve us, our laziness, our lack of self-examination, our unwillingness to take responsibility for our actions, our inactions, our values, and the condition of our world.

As we stand here looking at the start of another year, rumors of an "RV" continue to abound and good people everywhere are hunkered down waiting, waiting, waiting....staking all their hopes and dreams on a "reset" of global currency values. They think that this will make their lives better, give them more buying power, and "even things out" so that, for example, the brutal poverty in Africa can be alleviated. They are waiting for the same vermin who created the problem to solve it.

We don't need to wait for any reset.  We can reset things ourselves any time we want to.  Just sit down for five minutes and think about what you truly value, create a symbol for that, and trade it.  We already have "Earth Dollars" based on land.  Why not "Peace Dollars" based on the value of peace?   Or "Justice Dollars" based on the value of justice in a world gone mad?

It makes as much sense as sacrificing a goat to pay for a sin.

The Hole in Our Mind

A Worthy Question--- A Name or a Name? By Anna Von Reitz plus more Proxy?url=http%3A%2F%2Fannavonreitz.com%2Fanna145
By Anna Von Reitz

One summer a friend of mine worked in a tomato harvesting factory.  She worked in the Sorting Room -- a huge warehouse-like facility with conveyor belts running along tables and teams of workers standing on either side of the belt pitching rotten tomatoes into bins and gradually separating produce quality fruits from canning quality fruits.  It was quite an operation and over time, the workers became very adept at plucking tomatoes off the conveyor and sending them here, there, and everywhere that tomatoes needed to go.

Our brains have similar capacities for sorting information.  We are able to process large quantities of input via our neural nets and respond appropriately most of the time based on our sensors and our information sieves that sorts out our thoughts the same way that those workers sorted tomatoes.

Some thoughts are big enough to rise to the level of consciousness, while other thoughts get shuttled away into the trash bin or warehoused for future reference or even acted upon without any very conscious thought taking place at all.  We even have built in information categories that batch together similar thoughts or similar kinds of information and we have biases related to our perceptions that help keep us from being overwhelmed.

We learn that, statistically, that tickle on the arm is most likely caused by a mosquito, not a spider, not a wasp, not a bee, not a twig hanging down from a nearby tree. So we act upon our sensory perceptions according to patterns and habits and prior experiences, which provide us with assumptions about all the various stimuli we receive.

Sometimes this lack of care in observing actual facts in favor of assumptions about facts costs us very dearly, especially when our assumptions are provably wrong and we cling to them anyway.

This is what I call the "Hole in Our Mind" phenomenon. Suddenly, without any warning, a gaping hole appears in our mental conveyor belt and all the "tomatoes" -- our thoughts -- get dumped into an unseen trash bin under the table and we just carry on as if nothing happened.

Mankind as a whole isn't able to deal with certain perceptual realities.

For example, we consistently get mixed up about the relationship between an actual thing and a symbolic representation of it.  This weakness is fully exploited by the purveyors of money, who give you an intrinsically worthless representation of value -- a coin, a pretty piece of paper, a wampum bead or whatever -- and confuse you into believing that the symbol has value commensurate with what it represents.

Queen Semiramis began the practice of representing the value of a bushel of wheat as a small gold coin with a picture of a basket of wheat stamped on it.  That way instead of transporting actual bushels of wheat back and forth, she could just move the value of the wheat using symbols.  Money was born.

Suddenly, you could represent the market value of forty bushels of wheat as a small pile of coins, and that was, of course, very convenient.  As long as nobody caught on or objected, you could trade the value of those forty bushels of wheat ---supposedly represented by those forty little coins---- for ten horses and two large sacks of figs.  Why not?

The fact that there is in fact a very large difference between forty bushels of wheat and forty little coins "representing" wheat quickly got lost in the neural net, dropped through the hole in our mind, and the game was on.  Suddenly those little gold coins were thought to have intrinsic value in-and-of-themselves.  They were magic coins. They could be transformed into any good or service so long as people would trade for them.

Alas, inflation set in, and the Queen began stamping two bushels of wheat on each coin.  By the end of the first great experiment with money, there were thirty-one tiny, tiny wheat baskets being stamped on each coin and one day the people woke up and said, "There's no way that this little coin is worth thirty-one bushels of wheat!"

Everyone got upset.  Wars were fought.  The economy and the civilization it supported collapsed.

Did we stop and learn anything from that?  Not a bit.  The idea of "representing the value" of actual commodities using coins and other symbols--even digits in a bank ledger--- had taken hold, and even though we have cause to know that this is logically impossible, we can't seem to shake the delusion. It drops right through the hole in our minds.

No doubt our Creator knew about this design flaw in our logic sensors and that is why at Exodus 20:4 we read that we are not to take unto ourselves any graven image "representing" anything at all.  What does it mean to "take unto" ourselves?  To accept in trade, to receive, to hold onto graven images--- money, in other words.

As usual, the Bible forewarns us and gives us good advice, which we ignore and then suffer from as a result.  Within the context of scripture, graven images  are idols and the use of money to "represent" other things is every bit as much a part of idolatry as using a little carved statue to represent a god.

And it is just as silly and primitive, too.

Consider this fact--- if I were to gather all the priests and pastors and teachers of Islam together in a great convocation --- who among them would not be an idolater if I had them empty their pockets?

Somehow we have to mentally grow up and step far enough back and away from what we are doing to realize that the whole idea of money is an illusion which has enslaved us and made us dependent upon the purveyors of money---which is nothing but another "manufactured commodity" to be managed and manipulated by goons.

We are so far deluded about money that we don't even realize that we can carve our own littleTiki-gods and set a price on them and be much farther ahead without all the middlemen.

Maybe its time that we took the Bible's advice, realized that symbolic thinking is not our forte, and focused on learning to give each other credit, instead.
