 There is no real date set for the RV only a proposed target timeframe for the completion of...two paths I describe today.

  •Get the needed laws passed to end the corruption (first the reshuffle of Abadi’s cabinet to make a more technocratic GOI).



•Reform the CBI (financial institution) and work with the IMF and World Bank in satisfying all needed requirements for movement into Article 8 of member nations of the UN.



  I have been told by some very reliable people in the CBI to PAY ATTENTION to what is going on with the GOI and the CBI when they meet with the IMF and World Bank. They are in charge of forcing this RV when Iraq has met all mandates.

We are heading in a very good direction as Iraq is about to get out of this period of stalling they have been in now for months...

these periods of stalling are usually followed with a period of progress and moving forward. This seems to be the way they operate as they must first plan, then build support for the plan and act upon the plan. This is how a true technocrat democracy works and Abadi’s efforts sure fits this definition.

 ...there are two distinct paths being driven now. One from the financial sector and the other from the political side.

The political side is to end corruption, legislation stalling and install the needed laws to coincide with the financial sector that is preparing Iraq for operating under a modern, global banking system.

Eleven years now since I discovered the Iraq Dinar and in all that time there have been regurgitated versions of the same old drivel. On first encountered this the newly recruited to the world of the Dinar and RV can feel quite optimistic.

New Republic President of the United States Paul Ryan will be making a prime time address to the nation very shortly, announcing his appointment as the 45th President of the Republic, as well as the selection of General Joseph Dunford (former interim Republic President) as his Vice President.
This peaceful transition of power falls within all estiblished Constitutional guidelines, and thus everything should appear normal to both a domestic and global viewing audience, as there is precedent for a US President to resign (Richard Nixon 1974). President Ryan will then announce the closure of the Federal Reserve Bank, as well as a new US Treasury issued gold backed currency called the United States Notes. It is in US bank vaults/ATMs now and have a 1:1 exchange ratio. Again, nothing out of the scope of ration eventual unordinary, just the way the Elders prefer to handle everything… subtle and understated, but truthful and transparent.

This is why Ryan was given the Speaker of the House position, so that in this moment he would be President, and possibly for 8 years plus his short tenure this term. At this time, it is unclear if General Dunford will also be on the ticket, as many believe that is doubtful. Expect the General either to return to his post as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs or retire.
Anyway you look at these upcoming events, it’s clear we’re in the middle of historic world moments, very much like the Fall of Rome circa 476 C.E.. Guess the more things change, the more they really do stay the same. 8 PM Eastern?  Central? or Mountain or Pacific.  The cynic in me says it doesn't matter because nothing like this is going to happen.  We all who follow this would love for it to happen but we have been told for years that it would happen.  In fact I'll bet you that the weekend will come and go with no such action taking place.

Well by golly if someone says it's true it must be true.  Just saying man we have been hearing this for literally years now.  I first started reading about Nesera, New Republic, Galactic Federation Intel way back in 2006 or so.  It's been 10 years of constantly saying this or that thing is just on the verge of happening.  This story is just getting a bit long in the tooth.
