Seismic event indicators say Earth is moving through the second Earth-change Uptick Period for the 2019 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the solar system between the Sun and Libra Constellation. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 33 show none of the 7+magnitude earthquake events with two of the 6-magnitude earthquake events (for 2019), which is right at the average for the last five years (2.0). Twenty-three of the 5-magnitude earthquake events for Week 33 is below the weekly year-over-year total average (27.6) with 415 of the 2.5-to-4-mag quakes being far above the weekly-event-total average (235.4) from increased activity from the Puerto Rico Quake Swarm Area.
