Seismic event indicators say Earth is moving through the second Earth-change Lull Period (ending February 14, 2020) for the 2019 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned between the Sun and Libra Constellation. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 49 show one 7-mag earthquake events from previous years (2018) and five of the 6-mag earthquake events (for 2019), which is above the 5-year average (2.6). Twenty-seven of the 5-mag earthquake events for Week 49 is below the weekly year-over-year total average (31.4) with 509 of the 2.5-to-4-mag quakes being well above the weekly-event average (223). The 7.7 Jamaica-Cuba Quake (USGS) from January 28, 2020 is currently the #2 Big-Quake in the 7-Big-Quake Series following the Earth-Sun-Black Star Backside-alignment Quake Event (B; USGS*) from November 14, 2019.
