The feminine energy comes through in “unusual” ways sometimes. Pele is a representation of the strong feminine. She has been known to appear as an old lady, and how you treat this “old lady” really reflects how you are honoring that feminine in you.
And over here, to me at least, it reflects how I am listening to and honoring her messages, transmitted through the land, the ocean, the waves, and nature.

This landlady of mine, who I’ve often had “challenges” with (she’s always saying “We should do this project together. Think of something we could make and sell… together.”) And I just let it pass. But she treats me nicer than any land-person I’ve ever had. And somehow, I always end up being gentle with her (even though sometimes I feel like exploding!)

Wonder… Could she be MY representation of Pele??
