Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Children’s Health Defense Join ‘Broadway Rally for Freedom’ in New York, October 16
Thousands expected to gather in peaceful protest of vaccine mandates
Children’s Health Defense (CHD) will participate in tomorrow’s rally in New York, 1:00 p.m Eastern on Broadway between 41st and 42nd, to support health freedom, informed consent, and the ability of Americans to make their own healthcare decisions.
Speakers include CHD board chair and chief counsel Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and president Mary Holland.
“It is ordinary people who can rescue us from tyranny,” said Kennedy. “We can say No to compliance with jabs for work, No to sending children to school with forced testing and masking, No to censored social media platforms, No to buying products from the companies bankrupting and seeking to control us. These actions are not easy, but living with the consequences of inaction would be far harder. By calling on our moral courage, we can stop this march towards a global police state.”
The rally comes as federal, state and local governments along with privately owned businesses are increasingly establishing mandates requiring vaccination in order to maintain employment and access to schools, hospitals, gyms, restaurants, sporting events and more.
While the concern among Americans is centered on the threats to freedom and medical choice posed by mandates, many are also expressing doubts about the safety of COVID vaccines. According to the U.S. government’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), between mid-December, 2020 and October 1, 2021, adverse side effects following COVID vaccines have been reported 778,685 times. This includes 16,310 deaths.
“Medical coercion is unacceptable, especially when it involves experimental, risky products,” said Holland. “Governments and businesses do not have the power to make healthcare decisions for individuals. People must stand up for their rights to medical decision making. COVID vaccine mandates are an affront to democracy and do nothing to promote public health.”
The Broadway Rally for Freedom starts at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on Broadway between 41st and 42nd. In addition to Kennedy and Holland, speakers include Dr. Larry Palevsky, Kevin Jenkins, Christiane Northrup, Patricia Finn, and Jason Shurka.
CHD will be covering the event live through its online streaming platform, CHD-TV.
Did Weingarten Cut a Deal With Biden?
by Michael Kane
Recently the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) received a victory in a case known as WEINGARTEN vs. DEVOS. The AFT had sued the Trump Department of Education (DOE) then headed by Betsy Devos over college debt relief. The Biden Administration just settled the case in AFT’s favor. This is a win for Weingarten and AFT and is something I am happy to see. The debt relief program they were able to expand will help millions of working class educators and non-profit sector employees get out of debt sooner and cheaper.
However this begs the question if Randi Weingarten’s August announcement on MEET THE PRESS that she supported forced vaccination of her members, along with a Whitehouse appointed job to Weingarten’s wife, were part of a “deal” between the Biden administration and Weingarten / AFT.
When TEACHERS FOR CHOICE and I met with Weingarten in August when I brought up the conflict of interest in her wife working for the Biden Administration she got quite testy with me. It was the only time she lost her cool in the tense debate we had for over one hour. Personally I believe I had hit on a sore spot of hers. All the big boys and girls who pay attention to politics know about horse trading and backroom deals. The Biden administration has no reason to fight an old case spearheaded by Trump’s Betsy Devos against their buddies at AFT. That is an easy give-away for them.
Apparently the bodily autonomy of her membership was an easy give away for Weingarten. It is good to see the teachers in Chicago fighting back and getting a covid testing option placed back into the mix for their employment. Their union backed them and supported them. In NYC UFT President Michael Mulgrew rolled over completely and allowed Mayor de Blasio to get rid of unvaccinated educators, like myself, who are now currently on unpaid leave struggling to figure out how to survive and feed our families.
Good job Mikey! Now in NYC we have staffing shortages crippling our schools and children being neglected over a political game that may have begun from a backroom deal cut by Weingarten and Biden. It is a shame the union and educators in NYC don’t have the sense or the backbone to see what they just gave up. I worry they will give up quickly on the biometric and tracking devices that are coming to New York schools in 2022.
Victory Boyd Stands Strong

NFL Cancels Victory Boyd National Anthem Performance After Singer Refuses to Vaccinate for Religious Reasons explains:
“Boyd was set to sing the anthem at the NFL’s opening season game on September 9th. But emails sent to Boyd’s father and manager, John Boyd, made it clear that the gig was canceled because of the singer’s refusal to vaccinate.”
In the video below, Del Bigtree, host of The Highwire, cited Boyd’s courage. Victory Boyd – The Star-Spangled Banner (intro by Del Bigtree).

Artist who was ‘canceled’ by NFL over vaccination choice speaks about new form of ‘segregation.
Christian singer claims discrimination after NFL cancels appearance due to vaccine concerns reports:
“When asked why Boyd did not get the vaccine, the singer specifically mentioned her faith as the reason. “I am in prayer to make sure that the Lord guides me into the right decision concerning receiving an unproven injection with artificial properties that can potentially have a long-term effect on my reproductive health. If I want to take the vaccine, the decision will be between myself, my doctor, and my God. At this point, the Spirit of God is leading me to take a stand for freedom of choice.””
RFK Jr. and Dr. Larry Palevsky spoke to a wildly enthusiastic crowd.
Dr. Christiane Northrup explained that the COVID shots undermine fertility.
Approximately 2,000 to 3,000 people attended the rally which was not widely advertised.
