So I just saw on Aljazeera news there is great turmoil in Iraq and to cut a long story short the government is far from stable and could yet collapse. The power sharing is a crock that no one is prepared to do and they are threatening civil war.

To me this does not spell RV! Someone correct me if I am wrong?

As long as Iraq is in turmoil and total chaos exists, you can 'Kiss' any chance of an RV goodby-They have done this kind of thing since Christ traded in his sandals for Nike's, and I don't see an end to it any time soon- that's what I see at this point- I should have invested in Hawg jowls, I would have been better off-Iraq always has a f'n excuse to not do anything they are supposed to, and the 'BOO' in the whitedump ain't helping any, except for his own benefit- I hope he loses his ass, I really do-

I agree terbs unfortunately but I'm not going to agree today remember?! I think I am going to buy some silver, its supposed to increase 50% this year so it's probs worth a shot! What do ya reckon?

That is what I planned on doing, but that idea was shot to hell with a 12 gauge shotgun- If it was me, NanneeRose, that's exactly what I'd do, and some gold coins with it- Not boullion, gold coins- Try www.kitco.com, and see what they have to offer-Their prices are decent, I reckon-And, JFYI, platinum is also a great way to build your nest egg- In the coming years, gold, silver will be in upwards of 10,000- 14,000 dollars an ounce- Keep that in mind!! ;) :cheers:

This guy I know... he is super smart... he has been buying silver all year.
He showed me a chart on how silver and gold have historically been near in price. The gap now is incredible. He predicts silver will rise up real fast real quick...
He also has been becoming self sustaining all year.

nannee... my guy says that the best places are the pawn shops. Some sell the silver in coin sized plugs... I guess you would call them. Those cash for Gold places also.
Start call around in your area and see what you can find.. by call I guess I mean google... god I am so old... LOL

Purpleskyz- Rounds, not plugs- Plugs have nickel in them and aren't worth a shit- Each round should be all silver coins, gold coins, or solid silver .999 %pure silver- Down here, you need to be careful, because the gold has tungsten added to it to make you think you are getting pure gold, when you really aren't-

Nawwwww thanks purps my granddaughter is 1 tomorrow too! We spent the day last year stressing if the 2 of them were going to survive or not, it didn't look good, awesome birthday last year little bugger scaring her nannee like that lol!

My hubby is taking me to the beach for the day, the whole time I will be watching for tsunamis lol! I just go to catch soldier crabs with the littlies and get fish and chips LOL!
