[redhead1] I am a little confused about this - are there really 194 countries (including Viet Nam) waiting to revalue their money and they have to wait for Iraq and their problems before they can RV? Who makes that rule?
Moonchild] redhead1 when any of the major countries makes a significant change then all countries need to change their value, to a certain extent, although not really an RV.
redhead1] If they are not waiting for Iraq to finish their problems - then why can't Viet Nam revalue?
[Moonchild] redhead1 because they do not want to RV it twice and the VND value would have to change again after the IQ RV
