After telling the world that they were stopping counting overnight, the Democrats suddenly dropped over 300,000 ballots in Wisconsin and Michigan.

At 3 AM Central time (an hour after President Trump’s speech) Joe Biden overcame a 4.1% Trump lead.
The media reported the next day that Wisconsin, thanks to Milwaukee, had a 89% turnout — something that is unheard of in the US.
Now we are putting together how this all happened.
The Milwaukee Elections Chief lost a flash drive on the way to the county election commission.

A flash drive that contained crucial absentee voter information in the 2020 presidential election was briefly lost during the early morning hours of Wednesday Nov. 4 as the world waited for Milwaukee to reveal its ballot counts.
Sources within Milwaukee County law enforcement told Wisconsin Right Now exclusively that the executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, Claire Woodall-Vogg, realized she had lost the flash drive when she left, with police escort, the Central Count building where ballots were tallied. She was en route to the county courthouse to report “the results of more than 169,000 absentee ballots collected in the City of Milwaukee,” the Hill previously reported.

Three days after this story first ran, Woodall-Vogg wrote a letter to the Wisconsin Election Commission in which she explained her side of what happened. In the letter, she admitted that, when she got to Milwaukee County with the flash drives, she couldn’t find one of them. She says the flash drive was sitting in a tabulator machine, a senior staff member removed the flash drive and turned it over to a Milwaukee police officer who then delivered it to her 10 minutes later. She alleges that the incident did not alter the results of the election and that the District Attorney’s office conducted an investigation to establish chain of custody.
Calls and emails for comment were also made to Mayor Tom Barrett’s office, and the Milwaukee County Election Commission. There have been no responses at all. Our sources did not want to be named for fear of retaliation, although they are in a position to know the information they imparted; such is the urgency behind the scenes over the matter. One officer reported the incident to a supervisor out of concern, we were told.

Wisconsin Voters File Lawsuit to Exclude Over 792,000 Votes in 3 Counties

Three voters in Wisconsin have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to exclude Nov. 3 election results in three of the state’s counties that helped push Joe Biden ahead of President Donald Trump. The action, if successful, would invalidate over 792,000 votes cast across the state.
The civil action (pdf), filed on Thursday, alleges that there is “sufficient evidence that illegal votes were counted” in Milwaukee, Dane, and Menominee counties “to change or place in doubt the results” of the presidential election in the counties. The voters asked the court to declare that the counties’ results “must be invalidated” and to block the counties from certifying their results.
All three counties lean heavily Democrat, with Milwaukee and Dane being among the most populous and heavily Democratic counties in the state. For the three counties, Biden holds a lead of 365,289 votes over Trump. In the state overall, Biden holds a lead of about 20,540 votes at 49.6 percent, compared to Trump at 48.9 percent as of Saturday. The Trump campaign has signaled it will request a recount.
“Certifying presidential electors without excluding certain counties would violate voters’ fundamental right to vote by vote-dilution disenfranchisement,” the suit said, citing the First and 14th Amendment protections.
The lawsuit stated: “Because illegal votes dilute legal votes, the evidence establishes, and will establish, that the rights of voters have been violated by vote-dilution disenfranchisement. Consequently, the presidential election results from the counties identified should not be included in certified and reported totals for presidential electors from this state.”
The suit asserted, citing past court rulings, that there is fraud risk inherent in mail-in ballots, and that voter fraud occurs more with mailed ballots than in-person ballots. It points out that Wisconsin “greatly expanded” the scope of mail-in ballots in 2020 amid the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic.

Plaintiffs noted that the “sudden flood of mailed ballots” this year meant that election workers in general had “less ability to carefully review them to screen out fraudulent ones, creating a substantial risk that fraudulent votes will be counted and vote-dilution disenfranchisement will occur.”
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin Green Bay Division. The plaintiffs are from Door County, Brown County, and Oconto County. The Wisconsin Democratic Party on Friday filed a motion to intervene (pdf).

Data Analysis

The lawsuit states that plaintiffs “possess advanced technical capability to conduct statistical analyses identifying errors and anomalies such [as] double votes, votes by non-registered persons, votes by persons who are deceased or moved out of state, and the like.”
“Plaintiffs have persons with such expertise and data-analysis software already in place who have begun preliminary analysis of available data to which final data, such as the official poll list, will be added and reports generated,” the suit said, suggesting that the results will show that “sufficient illegal ballots were included in the results to change or place in doubt the Nov. 3 presidential election results.”
They said that the expert report will “identify persons who cast votes illegally by casting multiple ballots, were deceased, had moved, or were otherwise not qualified to vote in the Nov. 3 presidential election, along with evidence of illegal ballot stuffing, ballot harvesting, and other illegal voting.”
The plaintiffs are seeking “immediate production of registration, election, and other data to conduct and present those analyses to the court.”

‘Indefinitely Confined’ Not Requiring Voter ID

Plaintiffs also took issue with a 238 percent increase—from 72,000 last year to 243,900 ahead of the Nov. 3 election—in a type of absentee ballot registration where voters self-report as “indefinitely confined.” This type of registration would mean that the voter wouldn’t need to present the ID normally required of a standard absentee ballot.
Wisconsin law regarding voter ID provides exceptions for individuals who declare as “indefinitely confined” either due to age, physical illness, infirmity, or disability, on their absentee ballots.
The suit alleged that the town of Menominee in Menominee County in early spring “encouraged” voters to vote absentee and provided instructions ([url=https://www.co.menominee.wi.us/i/f/Menominee County-Town of Menominee Encouraging Absentee Voting Due to COVID-19.pdf]pdf[/url]) that said “indefinitely confined” voters “are not required to provide a photo ID.” The suit also noted that Dane County and Milwaukee County earlier this year had “openly advised voters to indicate that they are ‘indefinitely confined.’”
All three counties saw notable increases in “indefinitely confined” voters.
The Republican Party of Wisconsin said earlier this year that the clerks’ advice in the respective counties were “willfully ignoring” state election law, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court subsequently ruled that the counties’ advice were “legally incorrect.”

Other Issues

The plaintiffs also noted the situation surrounding absentee ballot witness signatures and their addresses on the ballot envelope.
Under Wisconsin law, a ballot cannot be counted if the witness’s address is not present. However, the plaintiffs noted how the Wisconsin Elections Commission had issued guidance (pdf) saying that the issue could be cured by the clerk without the witness appearing.
The suit argued that the clerks “have no authority to accept the ballot,” and cites how Wisconsin law states (pdf) that “if a certificate is missing the address of a witness, the ballot may not be counted.”
The suit also pointed out several individuals, identified by their initials only, who alleged that they encountered voting irregularities, which included having received unsolicited ballots, or having received more absentee ballots than expected, and finding names of deceased voters who, according to myvotewi.gov, cast an absentee vote.
A number of media outlets declared Democratic nominee Joe Biden president-elect on Nov. 7. President Donald Trump has alleged voter fraud and said any declarations of victory are premature, without specifying how widespread the alleged cases are. His campaign has launched multiple legal challenges in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, and Michigan, over a variety of alleged voting irregularities.
States face a Dec. 8 deadline for resolving election disputes and certifying presidential electors. Electoral College votes will be cast on Dec. 14. As such, the plaintiffs in the case are seeking a quick decision from the court.

Changing Demographics Aren’t Giving Democrats The Permanent Majority They Assumed

Democrats and their media supporters have been saying for years that changing demographics would cement a permanent majority for the party as more immigration (legal or illegal) made America less white and as more people moved into urban populations, which trend left.
Politico reported that the 2020 election shattered Democrat assumptions that Latinos and African Americans were monolithic voters who would always vote Democrat without question. For years, Democrats were warned that they were taking Latino voters for granted. The party, however, continued to produce messages that made it seem as though they thought all Latinos were illegal immigrants, which is not the case.
“The joke is that the GOP is really assembling the multiracial working-class coalition that the left has always dreamed of,” Democrat polling and data expert David Shor told Politico.
“We have an election system that makes it basically impossible for Democrats’ current coalition to ever wield legislative power,” Shor added. “We are legitimately in a position from here on out where we would need to get 54 percent of the popular vote — which we did not even accomplish this time — for multiple cycles in a row, for us to be in a position to really pass laws.”
President Donald Trump increased his share of the vote from several groups thought to be reliably left-leaning, including African Americans, Latinos, and members of the LGBTQ community. Instead of reflecting on why some members of a supposedly solid coalition chose to vote for a Republican, many on the Left ridiculed members of the group as stupid or not really Hispanic/Black.
Nicole Hannah-Jones, creator of the controversial “1619 Project,” said she would “write a piece about how Latino is a contrived ethnic category that artificially lumps white Cubans with Black Puerto Ricans and Indigenous Guatemalans and helps explains why Latinos support Trump at the second highest rate.” Kaleigh Rogers, a reporter at FiveThirtyEight, claimed Latinos in Florida were taken in by “misinformation” linking Joe Biden to socialism, suggesting they were too dumb to think for themselves.


Charles Blow of The New York Times wrote that it was “personally devastating” to him to see Trump gain with demographics the Left assumed belonged to them.
“This is so personally devastating to me: the Black male vote for Trump INCREASED from 13% in 2016 to 18% this year. The Black female vote for Trump doubled from 4% in 2016 to 8% this year,” Blow tweeted. “Also, once again, exit polls show a majority of White women voting for Trump.”
“Also, the percentage of LGBT voting for Trump doubled from 2016. DOUBLED!!! This is why LGBT people of color don’t really trust the White gays. Yes, I said what I said. Period,” he continued. “Also, the percentage of Latinos and Asians voting for Trump INCREASED from 2016, according to exit polls. Yet more evidence that we can’t depend on the ‘browning of America’ to dismantle White supremacy and erase anti-Blackness.”
Shor suggested to Politico that Democrats needed to recognize which policies were truly popular and which weren’t.
“The things that liberals want — or that the left wants — some of them are very popular and some aren’t, and I think we have to be honest with ourselves about which is which. And that can be difficult, both from a coalition perspective and emotionally, but the importance of it is very high,” he said.

THE TIDE TURNS: PA Court Rules In Favor Of Trump Campaign In Late Ballot Case

A state appellate court judge in Pennsylvania ruled in favor of President Trump on Thursday, declaring that Democratic Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar lacked authority to extend a deadline for first-time vote-by-mail participants to show their ID.
As The Philadelphia Inquirer reported:

A Pennsylvania appellate court handed President Donald Trump’s campaign a minor victory Thursday, barring counties from including in their final vote tallies a small pool of mail ballots from people who had failed to provide required ID by a Monday deadline.
In a two-page order, a Commonwealth Court judge struck down a decision by the Wolf administration to give voters more time, post-election, to fulfill the ID requirement.
Though state law only requires first-time voters to show ID at the polls, all voters who applied to vote by mail had to be validated [sic] their identification against state records by Nov. 9.

Breitbart.com reports: Boockvar had extended the deadline to Nov. 12, adding a three-day extension after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided in a separate case that mail-in ballots could be received up to three days after Election Day.
That change was upheld in a 4-4 decision by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The number of ballots affected by Thursday’s decision — which were sequestered and not counted — is likely small.
However, Republicans believe Thursday’s ruling could help if the Supreme Court resists the issue, because the state judge found that Boockvar acted without authority from the state legislature.


Republicans point out that the Constitution says that election rules are in the hands of state legislatures. It does not say that state courts may change state laws about voting procedure.

MICHIGAN WITNESS: Detroit Tabulation Machines were Illegally Connected to the Web (Video)

Witness Barry Doherty has come forward to describe illegal internet connectivity of Detroit’s voter tabulation machines. Doherty has explained that this could have given outside parties the ability to affect the final tabulation count, and could also have given people outside real-time read on what the vote tabulations were.
Doherty is an expert in the field, having worked for Electronic Data Systems for many years, working specifically in computer networking. News of this scandal originally broke at the Epoch Times.
This could have let anyone looking to bring in illegal ballots later that night a very precise number of how many votes would be necessary to flip the final vote count. When polls closed at 8:00PM in Michigan on election night, President Trump was 300,000 votes ahead of Joe Biden, by the time Wayne County/Detroit finished reporting their vote tabulations the next day, the vote count flipped to Biden.
Others have independently come forward to describe 50-61 boxes of illegal ballots that arrived at around 3:30am after the 8:00pm deadline to receive legal ballots. The margin of victory for Joe Biden winning Michigan and its 16 electoral votes was found in Wayne County, and this facility was connected to the internet giving unknown third parties access to those tabulation machines in real time.
Witness Doherty explains that there’s a danger it was giving information to outside parties, but also that it was giving the opportunity for outside parties to alter the vote totals, saying that this security risk “opens up a plethora of doors about what could be going on, it could be used for all sorts of different reasons.”
Doherty and two others who saw this connection, former Michigan State Senator Patrick Colbeck and Phil O’Halleran, brought this to the attention of the person in charge at Cobo Hall, Daniel Baxter. According to Doherty, they were told to trust Baxter and that it was nothing. Baxter, according to Doherty, did not deny what they saw or explained it in any way.

A lawsuit filed by Colbeck and the Great Lakes Justice Center, includes these allegations and six affidavits of other witnesses, related to the witnessed voter fraud happening throughout Michigan.
Again according to Doherty, Baxter and an unnamed person serving as the chief technology person on-site advised them “not to touch anything” because Doherty suggested pulling the plug to the outside world and allowing the machines to remain networked, but not broadcasting to the outside.
“We were crawling on the floors to make sure we had a good idea of the cabling,” Doherty said. Yet they were repeatedly told by Detroit election officials that there was no connectivity in the room. Baxter said that there was no one who could explain what they were seeing.
“That connection had a connection to a transmitter closer to the ceiling, which had lights coming on and off, which from my experience working in technology for many years, that signalled to me that there was some sort kind of in and out data happening.”
Doherty also mentioned that Democrat Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson was on site, but was unable to give any indication as to what involvement she had in this, if any.
