1. Fact: Still watching my friend who had a Tier 1 transaction, spend money.

2. Fact: Tier 3 complete to the stage of final disbursement to individuals. Consider it staged and ready to release.

3. Fact: Just received notice that 800 registration number should release tonight Oct. 30 2016.

4. Fact: Admiral's Group told payouts prep process very smooth; very soon for disbursement to individuals for spending.

5. Speculation: Shotgun approaching. Disbursements to all remaining Tier 1, 2, and 3 being released at the same time. That time also hits with the 800 registration number release and the Admiral's Group disbursement. ALL AT ONCE.

6. Speculation: Carefully controlled political activities. Orchestrated release of announcements through news media. Well planned implementation of least public upset accomplishing NESARA whether called NESARA or not.

7. Speculation: NESARA being coordinated with GESARA and other world-wide events of similar type and importance.

8. I assure you that there is an urgency to get this done, but to get it done while creating a permanent, safe and productive environment for these funds to be spent in.

9. I trust the New Republic and those outstanding military commanders who are implementing and creating plans.

10. I trust the White Dragon Family to stand behind this until our new gold-backed currency is out and public implementation of NESARA achieved.

B. Oct. 30 2016 RV Intel Update: "Finish" - RV Intel Update - October 30, 2016

1. Proceed today with great certainty in RV performance this weekend.

2. The RV release has been authorized and prepared for the first banking week of November 2016 for many years earlier.

3. This after 15 years (post 9/11/01) of undaunted preparation and implementation phases by both Chinese and European Sovereign Families, to counter the very serious Zionistic threat forming from a united but highly secretive common enemy.

4. The RV was initially released in the first banking week of October 2016 which starts all 2017 government fiscal first quarters.

5. The new Powers That Be then used all of October to monitor their new financial system in day-to-day global transactions.

6. This included post RV revalued currency movement and secondary investments. This why global markets are stagnant. All of these "test transactions" were conducted on a "back-of-house" computing screen that goes unseen by the public and includes public UN Operational & FOREX rate screens.

7. We know all tests have been concluded with all T1 (government), T2 (sovereign), T3 (private) transactions complete.

8. T4 (public) transactions have been reviewed and finalized, settled and are now prepared for disbursal, including hand delivers via carriers.

9. Final release times vary, but the reality of an immanent RV release in early November (banking week 1) does not.

We know the RV must feel like an 800 pound gorilla sitting atop your heart everyday, all day, but because it's the financial panacea for the world, the world collectively must wait together for warranted altruistic reasons. In a brief blink of Akua's benevolent eye humanity's fiscal suffering shall meet its permanent end and scarcity of monetary resources will become nothing more than a faint, distant memory. 1. This coming week is going to be very busy with this release.

2. It has been an exhausting week with the formal end of the several decade old agreement.

3. The matrix funds were released a few days ago. They are now being prepared for distribution and usage.

4. An article by a senior analyst inside the FBI:

A. The Department of Justice is most likely looking to save itself. Don't be consumed with Hillary's private server. Find everyone involved in the Clinton Foundation, from its donors to its Board of Directors, and imagine they are all implicated. The ENTIRE Government is involved. My opinion is the entire government is guilty of treason.

B. There already is enough to indict. FBI Director Comey has been trying to stall because he does not want to face the Clinton Machine, as well as the rest of Washington D.C. But this case would explode into a million other cases if fully brought to light, and then we would be one agency competing against the entire government and a hoard of other interests.

C. Foreign Powers Have some of the Documents, Trump has some of the Documents; Russia Will Probably Leak All Info they Have. Foreign powers are in possession of some of the documents we have analyzed, because they were hacked from the Clinton server.
Trump has some files as well and likely plans to leak them and use them to his advantage soon.

D. The leaks will have to be made in a non-transparent fashion. If we recommend, we literally hand over documentation implying the entire government is involved in treason at the highest levels and everyone is about to duck and cover, as well as some sensitive details of Special Access Programs which would obliterate national security.

E. I am not sure, but some of my war strategy buddies are estimating a high probability that Russia will leak all of the info they have to the world, since Clinton wants to go to war with them and they have no desire to be in conflict with the U.S.

F. If we do not recommend, it will look like a cover-up and Trump will use the perception to bolster his message. I did work in PsyOps once, and Trump's use of confirmation bias is legendary. I do not know of Trump's record, but from the case he definitely knew to limit his exposure and make it only look like a donation.

G. We have our hands tied. Do not get distracted by Clinton's e-mails. Focus on the (Clinton) Foundation. All of the nightmarish truth is there. The e-mails will pale in comparison.

H. A Multitude of Scandals. Saudi Arabia visits and donates to the Clinton Foundation. Russian Uranium fiasco. Hillary and the Israel lobby, the Council on Foreign Relations. AIPAC. The list is endless.

I. We have three Choices, and they could crash everything:

1. Turn over all of the information to the Department of Justice, make public a recommendation, the truth comes out, the entire world realizes how much the U.S. is meddling in foreign affairs and we go to war, the civilian population realizes how much foreign money influences our government, and a civil war begins.

2. Cherry-pick the data to implicate the people already in the eye of public opinion, so the chips fall on the heads of a select few and the whole system does not crash.

3. Do nothing and watch the unstable political climate gauge how you will respond.

J. I am confident if Trump wins Hillary will be going to jail. Hillary sold Safe Access Programs to Overseas "Donors". Hillary had Safe Access Programs and she did not have proper authority to have them. They were leaked to her by someone, and she did sell them to overseas donors. Possessing them alone makes her guilty of treason.

K. Obama is loosely tied to the Clinton Foundation, but much more tied in with the same people who donate to the Clinton Foundation.

L. Those included Russian borders, Ukraine, everywhere NATO is, the South China Sea, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Africa.

M. George Soros is at the heart of all of this.

A "green flash" at sunset is an optical phenomena that sometimes occurs when atmospheric conditions are just right, a green spot is visible above the upper rim of the disk of the sun.

Green flashes occur because the atmosphere can cause the light from the sun to separate out into different colors. Thus, a green flash usually only lasts for no more than a second or two.

Harvesting sovereign rates during the RV is like waiting for and seeing a green flash at sunset. It's very rare, but very real for paying close attention... otherwise you'll miss it entirely.

The RV event, however, is a more permanent transition of the monetary system from a fiat to gold value benchmark; thus, anyone with first basket currency can participate within a two year redemption window after the public reveal of these said rate changes occur.

This is why as Americans we should pay very close attention to the RV, and why some in the know have for years. A group of us even keep a 24/7/365 vigil to guarantee that the currency public does not miss the sovereign rate "green flash."

You see, our once glorious nation was long ago overtaken by a determined and treacherous enemy intent on raping and pillaging everything we hold dear, including 100% of our natural resource wealth. Don't even get me started on the intentional moral implications of transgender bathrooms.

Most to all Americans are simply unaware of this silent coups d'etat. But enough White Hat Republic restoration forces in the military, government, banking and civilian sectors have bonded together to request and get the necessary help to reverse the tide.

What's tragic is not only do most Americans not know about this 145 year attempted theft of their own country, they wouldn't care if told, or worse, they wouldn't believe any of this "nonsense" is even true at all. Sadly, they would an do persecute such opinions and go to great lengths to find arguments disputing actual historical facts.

Amazing but true.

Yes, history is written by the winners, but it's studied by even fewer including those of holding their tin cups out waiting to "get paid" by the RV. They all want the blessings but assume none of emotional or intellectual burdens of discovering why an RV in and for the USA is even necessary.

News flash: It doesn't work that way people. There is no short cut to enlightenment, no cliffnotes to wisdom.

Americans have developed historical ADHD when it comes to defending their own country. Sure they will go to war and fight heroic battles on foreign soils, but yet they do nothing while the real enemy sits right here in their home State Legislatures, Governor's Mansions, House of Representatives, Senate, Supreme Court and White House perches of power.

A true and formidable enemy quietly replaced our entire form of Republic government without firing a single shot via the "Act of 1871." Few Americans knew, fewer Americans cared.

Then they took our ability to print our money in 1913 with the Federal Reserve Act. Even fewer knew, even less cared.

Then they took our nation off the gold standard in 1971 for a temporary period that they planned on never returning. Again, no public outrage. No political dissent. No fight. And our current economic state of catastrophe was sealed.

All of this equates into pure American apathy, which we all are guilty of, myself included. Well no more.

That's why I've been screaming from the top of my blogging lungs about the financial "green flash" known as sovereign rates because a) they exist despite the small minded claims of uniformed dissenters (ZIM 21,000+ is a real sovereign rate on back screens as of Sunday midnight on multiple bank screens worldwide); and b) it's your civic duty as an alert and patriotic American citizen to get as much as you can--for as many as you can--and disburse for as long as you can--prudently, generously and philanthropically.

This is the whole point of the RV--to restore our Republic collectively, not individually gain unprecedented wealth.

So not only are ZIM holders tasked with figuring how and when to get these higher sovereign rates, but also in the restoring, repairing and replacing of tattered social and physical infrastructure right here in our beloved Republic.

Many were called during this process, but few were chosen and even fewer will now answer the call to service of country--even fewer the call to service of humanity.

Yet as Chosen Ones, we have been divinely positioned to both hydrate and educate our family, our community, our cities, our country and our continents financially and intellectually.

And only Chosen Ones can heal all that is broken with America and the planet, as well as eliminate all future threats to our Republic and human species at a grass roots/street level.

We have this power now people! Use it!!!!!!!!

So what say you? Are with God or against Him? Because when you redeem, especially those redeeming at higher sovereign rates, the only question you should be asking yourself is this: Am I part of new solutions or just perpetuating the same old problems?

WW3 has already broken out (9/11/01), been fought and won in your behalf. Did you even notice let alone participate?

Whatever, the job at hand now is to clean up the mess left behind by several uneducated and apathetic generations of Americans. This is a harsh but very real truth about where our nation rests today circa November 2016.

That said, our future is glorious and soon to be dynamic again with a fresh new debt-free economy and gold backed currency thanks to some noble global collateral account sovereign soul's. And it all begins for us at midnight (CST)Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

We thought we might see the "green flash" come midnight on Saturday, but what's a few more days made to wait between old friends. I needed to mow the lawn and do some grocery shopping anyway.

The RV release also means that our Constitutional form of government has been restored and the Republic of the United States again exists as it was originally intended by our nations forefathers. Hallelujah! Thank you Chinese Elders! We are both humbled and honored by your abundant gift and renewed trust in America!

We have been told that by noon Monday all accessible will be given to new system accounts and thus released fir free and clear usage at any amount--globally--including T1, T2, T3 & T4 transactions which yes will also include those sovereign rate exchanges... specifically the ZIM.

Given the volume of new capital, the Chinese Elders felt a very tight rein had to be kept on final US access until they could guarantee we would not repeat recent history (wise to spend some time studying how and why the Elders bailed out the world financial system once before via a similar gold collateralization circa 1944 at the Bretton Woods Conference).

By all means, enjoy your green flash RV event today, but remember, if you hold ZIM, you also bear a greater responsibility never to let this kind of madness overtake our restored Republic and the human race ever again. So rise up to meet your soul's destiny during your redemption appointment ... and of course be fearless in reclaiming your great nation's sovereignty.

Good Morning Heroes,

​So it's obvious amazing public events are now happening, but probably not happening fast enough for you. However, it's finally November 1 and so much has occurred prior to this date.

The primary objective of the NPTB has been achieved in the United States, the USA, Inc. has been defeated, the Republic has been restored, the fiat USD has been replaced with new USN currency backed in gold, and our nation's good standing has been restored in diplomatic circles worldwide. And all was done in background as to not scare the general populous.

The military has also gone through some seismic transitions, solders were asked to pick sides… support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights or the cabal. Fascinating stuff, yet there are many families going through some very difficult transitions in order to reset this nation. Lots of innocent children caught in their parents decision making crossfire.

​People speak of the coming open revolt, but in truth, our society is so asleep, it wont. As it was determined long ago by our nation's largest creditors (China & Russia) before the USA, Inc. went bankrupt on December 24, 2012, that transitioning this nation would be easiest and safest by letting Americans remain asleep and doing everything behind the scenes.

That's how bad our collective attention had become, we went through a 15 year world war and our country was completely revamped structurally, monetarily and militarily… without nary a clue by most to all of our citizenry. Dead asleep like helpless infants in a entertainment, food and sports coma.

​It's a sad day in our nation's history in many respects. Yet for those handful of us paying close attention over the last dozen years or more, and some who actually participated as White Hats, today is our glorious victory day. Our V-Day if you will. But who do we celebrate with? Who do we pat on the back? I suppose our currency redemption is the reward… I suppose… still… we saved our country from immanent collapse and there's something empty about the zeros in comparison to that.

OK, so what we're all waiting for now is not money ironically. Everything financial that needed to happen has finally occurred successfully, as multiple hydration wires with gold backed digital funds upwards of two dozen zeros have been received by the new Republic Treasury for the purpose of running and rebuilding our nation.

No coincidence this coincided perfectly with the last week before the November 8 election drama that's now publicly playing out. Oh, my Hillary's a thief, liar and lesbian. Really? Have we not known for like decades. LOL. Whatever, let's now suspend the elections and release the financial kraken.

Hey, if you'll recall it was mentioned here, months earlier, that neither Hillary or The Donald would be President. At that time, we said that both Syphilis and Herpes would walk away from this Presidential election unfulfilled, one for health reasons (Hillary) and one for Patriotic reasons (Donald), allowing Speaker of the House Paul Ryan to be sworn in as our 45th President by Constitutional succession law. Well that's already happened by the way.

Then if you'll remember we said there would be a short campaign cycle between Interim President Republican Paul Ryan / Mike Pence and Democratic Bernie Sanders / Elizabeth Warren, of which Ryan / Pence would win in a landslide and be our American President for two terms, fixing all that ailed America. Trump would back out and stump for Ryan, the interim Republic President, and be made to look like a hero for defeating Hillary.

Well hate to say we told ya so, but it looks like that crazy theory will now be proven accurate, although the timeline was off.

Turns out the NPTB waited till the last possible second of President Obama's second term before pulling that trigger, as again, they didn't want to upset the sleeping general populous, thus avoiding potential riots in the urban cities due to the replacement of America's first black President. Also, we believe they didn't want heaps of our new gold backed money to artificially influence the new election cycle--as we understand the spending will be fixed to a very low amount--without any corporate or large private donations--as it should be.

Many of our friends and family are going to now get to see the work many of us have been putting in quietly in the dark of night, on conference calls, reading, studying, investigating, asking tough questions, etc... as the USA, Inc. now public untangles and terminates before our eyes, including the introduction of a new domestic USN rainbow currency and first basket revaluation globally.

Suggestion: Don't punish people for not being as awakened as yourself.

We all do the best we can for what we know, right? Some just know more than others. Remember, you weren't always this enlightened, this well positioned, this much of a leader. So handle your victory now with grace and humility versus boasting with brash arrogance and spitting revenge venom at the faces of the vanquished.

Let being right and rich be enough.

Yes, people really will "dirty their depends" as Gerry McGuire liked to say… just let them with dignity. Yet if they come to you with an innocent tone asking for a truthful explanation, give it to them, but don't sell them on anything. Say it and let them marinate in the truth and/or struggle with their ignorance. Don't get caught up in their drama to understand and drag you back into confusion. Truth is, they didn't put in the time or go through the gauntlet of fear or doubt to get across to this other side.

It's best to move on to higher more loving frequencies and simply drop your sword of righteousness.

Know the sovereign rate on the ZIM now exceeds $22,000 USN and moving ever upwards towards $25,000 USN, which means now that Zimbabwe officially declared yesterday that their new bonds are legal tender or currency, their old bonds/currency are now convertible. Other sovereign rates include:

IDR $102 USN
AFA $10 USN

RayRen suggesting there's a 1 to 1 ratio as an on-screen market rate is actually somewhat accurate, on the surface, but we know better don't we folks. There's an open check book for early private exchangers regarding the ability to access these hidden off screen sovereign rates, as the NPTB want enormous sums of money to hit the streets quickly and be disbursed by the awakened public out to the sleeping masses--and right before the Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday/shopping season I might add--pretty smart macro economic planning if you're trying to stimulate a stagnant economy in order to jolt your own, huh!?

The Chinese are master planners. Russians too. Talented geopolitical chess players to say the least. The USA, Inc had no chance. Fear never triumphs over love. Never.

So feel free to ask and receive whatever number you feel comfortable managing--money is no longer an issue for those of us who were fortunate enough to be paying attention--and by all means give this season and all seasons to your heart's content. That's just the reality of our new world, in our new Republic, with our new gold backed money, and new benevolent military protecting the Constitution and Bill of Rights… all because some of us were lucky enough to be paying obsessive attention to historical detail, and thus position ourselves, our families, our communities, our cities, our country, our continent, our species and our planet on the right side of universal history.

Aloha Community,

For nearly 9 months now I have attempted to share with you opinion, facts, Intel, thought and hope for an improved world, a financial breakthrough, and some spiritual reflection beyond the drivel that was dinar currency chatter begun in 2004.

In that time I have noticed many changes in you, and me. Many I have been amazed by, some I have been disgusted by, and others I'm uncertain how yet to process… as only more time will reveal the nature of all things for what they are and what they are not. 

As for the GCR/RV, I do not believe it is real.

I do not believe that within the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change exists a global treaty with 209 sovereign nations who magically were summoned in the back rooms of diplomatic and sovereign circles, to quietly sing a treaty known as GESARA (Galactic Economic Security And Reformation Act) with benevolent extra terrestrial non-human guides, in order to rescue the world from financial collapse and social chaos--including our precious Republic of the United States--all to be implemented November 4, 2016 per the reformed United Nations… and before the Thanksgiving Holiday season in the USA so the world economy can be jumped started by over two dozen zeros of new digital liquidity added to the North American banking system within just the last week.

There is a lot I cannot say, so I must tread carefully.

Let me see what I can tell you.

Often what we see is not what is the cause or force behind something. Take the news, the focus is all on slaughtering Clinton's slim reputation permanently. Easy to assume that is the hold up. That issue is solved. It is following a carefully orchestrated path.

The hold up is much more reassuring. If you comb back through all Intel and then take a good, thorough look at the IMF website, you will see my point. It is this; no one in the world is as meticulous as the IMF in documenting the legal basis for the orders and international agreement associated with the implementation of GESARA/NESARA and the changes in the global financial structure underlying it. I would use the word overkill. Thorough. Fanatical? They really are making sure that every single step is signed off by everyone else, if you see where I am going with this.

Let me say that all of the pertinent people that need to be in Reno to make this happen are there. Let me say that certain details were decided to be "enhanced" prior to release. Sometimes those simple changes to documentation require hours of discussion and agreement - consultation with international contacts and decision makers, etc. I cannot reveal the detail but I can say that it makes sense. Keep in mind that at times the current situation requires a different clarification that may not have been thought necessary before.

This is a mute point as it is all probably clearing away as you read this. The push is tremendous to have this done. We are all nervous that it will be dislodged by Obama, certainly with good reason as we are still discussing release when it should have happened many times over. Can it still be prevented? Yes. The ability to do so creates more and more complications for the O side though. There is increasing international pressure and WDS pressure.

I wait with hope as you do. My prayers are devoted to a clean release and to get on with things. I go to sleep every night seeing starving children in my mind's eye. Please, Lord, let the opportunity to assist arise before more lives are lost, we pray.

It is a small thing, but while we wait to do great things and even though you may be in difficult circumstances yourself, why not find someone you can do something for? A small kindness will make you feel so much better because you can make a difference, even in some tiny aspect of this matter. You see, that brings those good vibrations, refreshes our vision of why we are being so very patient, and helps practice the instant thought of others that we will need to drive us in the future.

May tomorrow be the day it is intended to be with the release they are working through the night for.

Why the FBI re-opened Hillary's E-mails:

Well, here we be, as One, Chosen and on the doorstep of participating in a once in a millennium event unknown to humanity history.  Too dramatic?  Maybe not.

You have patiently and impatiently knocked on the door of fate until it now finally open wides tomorrow.  Never to be shut again.

Turns out everything we were seeing, studying, witnessing for as long as each of us has been on this currency oddest, boiled down to Friday's November 4, 2016 announcement of the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change (aka GESARA) being put into force by the UN, publicly and globally.

Let me summarize as this relates to the RV: No GESARA = No RV.  Yes GESARA = Yes RV.  So simple its painful.  We could have saved so much time and energy if we had known… oh well, live and learn right?  Right.

In concert with today's official GESARA announcement, we're hearing that the IMF's Christine LeGarde will be announcing the global currency revaluation on you guessed it… November 4, 2016.  As well as the PROC announcing in Beijing the Chinese Yuan will now be valued against a gold benchmark per the daily spot price set at the Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE). 

Also on November 4, 2016, we're hearing President Obama will cancel elections after some incredibly damning evidence comes out against Hillary and Bill Clinton.  Like straw breaking the camels back kind of dirt, either from Wikileaks or the Huma life insurance file.  


Get the picture?  So much juicy news, so freaking fast, so damn big, so incredibly intense… nobody will know where to focus their attention and their human brains will go into shut down mode.  Such a massive media dump all at once, across all sectors of life will serve as a beautiful natural distraction flash bang diverting attention away from currency holders redeeming bazillions of dollars. 

Ironically, all the information will be true, so much so, any one breaking news story will be worthy of all your attention… as a result, nobody will put the puzzle pieces together because such announcements will be made all over the world by many different world figures.  Seriously, it's hard enough deciding what to put on your plate at one buffet table, let alone five to seven tables, all within the same basic time frame.  Well played NPTB.  Genius strategy.

As for the Bill and Hillary circus, know they are just sacrificial cabal lambs for the dark nobility's real identity in Eastern Europe.  Everyone likes to blame the Clinton's for this and that, but their just political puppets.  Hillary's dead using a body double, and Bill is a managed clone. 

Maybe a few of the Bushes and Rockefeller's get daggers thrown their way as collateral damage, but when the true former masters of this country were broken by Chinese, Russians, BRICS nations, they agreed to serve up their most well known cabal political agents long before the 2015 Presidential election ever even began.  That is the definition of Bill and Hillary.

Now we are witnessing their unabashed public slaughter is full for all to see--this was always the plan--as every hero needs a villain of great strength to show their metal in times of duress.  How  else can the Republic leadership rise up to meet the change of a shadow government corruption scandal and retake America by reconstituting the Constitution. 

Get it?  Everything has long been scripted out for years, decades, well in advanced… and we're just now getting to see the NPTB's grand plan implemented.  Sobeit.

Trump too was put in place to shout Republic rhetoric from the rooftops via his larger than life reality star megaphone personality.   Post election, he'll be rich beyond measure not due to construction, but converted currency.  Which will allow him to build shinny new buildings all over the US, China and Russia.  Smart strategy if  you ask me.  He extends the domestic Trump brand internationally, while also positioning his adult children as formidable "Trump" brand heirs to a worldwide audience for free per a presidential campaign. 

Again, another genius strategy.  Very well played Donald.  But you're still a pig of human being as class and character can never be bought--only earned through discipline and self-respect.

Paul Ryan (R) and Bernie Sanders (D) wait in the wings to have an abbreviated run off.  We've even heard General Joseph Dunford has retired and may also run for office, either as a VP candidate, or present himself as a possible Presidential candidate, only to eventually join the Ryan ticket late in the shortened election cycle--to make their pair look organic.

But again, nothing int he transition of our government is organic or spontaneous.  Everything has been planned the last detail by the NPTB, years before we are now seeing it as occurring.   Absolutely nothing is by chance in US politics, remember that when  you're watching the news.

As for the RV, we're going any hour, everyday, all day now.  It's a perpetual 24/7/365 babysitting job with real teeth now that the Paris Agreement was announced publicly.  That's a major, major deal. 

Bruce was told he would not be having a second Big Call this week by multiple banking sources, and has for several days now.  Yet he's having one tonight it looks like.  Frustrating for him I bet, but know he's always acted in your best interests.

A. Nov. 3 2016 Update: GESARA implemented Friday Nov. 4

"20 Answers" - GESARA Update - Thursday - November 3, 2016

A. Many today in the Republic of the United States are asking what the heck is really going on with our presidential elections, markets, military, foreign policy, budget, tax codes and social welfare programs.

B. Few know that GESARA (Global Economic Security and Reformation Act) has been recently implemented by all 209 sovereign nations of the world, and is the most ground breaking reformation act to sweep not only this country, but the entire planet across the turbulent and brief history of mankind.

C. The single act does away with cancers like the Federal Reserve Bank, IRS and USA, Inc. shadow government, plus so much more.

D. As of Friday, November 4, 2016, when it is publicly announced at the United Nations in New York City, GESARA will immediately be implementing the following changes:

1. Cancels all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities. Many refer to this as a “jubilee” or complete forgiveness of debt.

2. Abolishes income tax.

3. Abolishes the IRS, with employees of the IRS will be transferred into the US Treasury national sales tax area.

4. Creates a 17% flat rate non-essential new items only sales tax revenue for the government. In other words, food and medicine will not be taxed; nor will used items such as old homes.

5. Increases benefits to senior citizens.

6. Returns Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters.

7. Reinstates the original Title of Nobility amendment.

8. Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days of GESARA's announcement. The interim government will cancel all National Emergencies and return us back to constitutional law.

9. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups.

10. Creates a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.

11. Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation.

12. Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law.

13. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side of the U.S. treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the money supply.

14. Restores financial privacy.

15. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law.

16. Ceases all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide.

17. Establishes peace throughout the world.

18. Releases unprecedented prosperity with enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes.

19. Enables the release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed technologies that are being withheld from the public under the guise of national security, including free energy devices, anti-gravity, and sonic healing machines.

20. Eliminates all current and future nuclear powered weaponry on planet earth.

1. The Paris Agreement went into effect here in the US on Tues. morning Nov. 1 when three large traunches of millions of octillions (27 zeros) dollars spread out throughout the world. One cleared this morning in the US to hydrate our exchanges. Much more is on the way.

2. Funds are moving, groups are ready to go and will be notified by email, prosperity packages are ready to be sent out, 800#s are ready for dissemination.

1. On Friday Nov. 4, 2016 at the UN there will be an announcement that the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change (aka GESARA) was being put into force, publicly and globally. UN Chief calls for action as Paris Agreement enters into force

2. In concert with the official GESARA announcement, we're hearing that the IMF's Christine LeGarde will be announcing the global currency revaluation on you guessed it… November 4, 2016. As well as the PROC announcing in Beijing the Chinese Yuan will now be valued against a gold benchmark per the daily spot price set at the Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE).

3. Also on November 4, 2016, we're hearing President Obama will cancel elections after some incredibly damning evidence comes out against Hillary and Bill Clinton.

4. Paul Ryan (R) and Bernie Sanders (D) wait in the wings to have an abbreviated run off. We've even heard General Joseph Dunford has retired and may also run for office, either as a VP candidate, or present himself as a possible Presidential candidate, only to eventually join the Ryan ticket late in the shortened election cycle--to make their pair look organic.

5. As for the RV, we're going any hour, everyday, all day now. It's a perpetual 24/7/365 babysitting job with real teeth now that the Paris Agreement was announced publicly.

6. Republic HQ in Atlanta has all of the Admiral's client's emails tee'd up and ready to hit send. They will then go to link and download new compliance documentation, to then send back and have a paymaster authorized first a 5M wire, then the remainder of pre-contracted fund totals--all within 30 days of the start of the GCR/RV which is November 4, 2016.

7. We know that Iraq's CBI Governor Dr. Shabibi was not only at the White House yesterday and today, but he's there to oversee a 30T wire from the Republic for war reparations.
