Seismic event indicators say Earth has passed the peak of the first earth-change uptick period for the 2018 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun. Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 16 show two of the 7-magnitude earthquake events (2015 and 2016) for the last five orbit cycles, but none in the last two years. The 2016 event values (204) are extremely low for the 2.5 to 4-mag quake events like the last year (192), because the nearside-alignment quake event (7.0 Vanuatu) came in Week 12 a week early. We see a similar situation for 2018 with the 6.9 Hawaii Quake (May 4) where Jupiter in Libra (info) appears to be playing a key solar-system-harmonics role, which caused the expected nearside-alignment quake event to strike earlier than projected by the predictive modeling. This is the first orbit cycle in the last five years where none of the 6-mag quake events struck for Week 16. The 2.5 to 4-mag quake event values for the last six weeks (3938) earned red values being far higher than anything we have seen since the investigation started in January 2011 for any 6-week period. In fact, 908 of the 2.5 to 4-mag quake events is the highest weekly value surpassing the 644 events from Week 11 and 824 for last week. Then, just one of the 5-magnitude earthquake events for Week 15 is the lowest weekly-event value ever, which is a sign of a shift in the global tectonic dynamic without historical precedence. Earth having 22 of the 5-mag quake events for this week is 9 events lower than the year-over-year average (31) for Week 16. Earth saw eight new volcanic-eruption events in the last seven days with four new-eruption events in the Indonesia-Fiji Seismic Volcanic Origination Zone (Halmahera, Papua, New Britain and Indonesia). Deep magma plume pressures along Corridor 1 have unexpectedly shifted north and east into the Aleutian Island producing the new volcanic eruption event in the Andreanof Islands (Great Sitkin), which is part of the expected scenario moving towards the Sun-Earth-Black Star nearside-alignment in late April moving into May 2018. The Guatemala and Ecuador new volcanic-eruptions struck along Corridor 2 where seismic-volcanic pressures are expected to also shift south into South America and then back to the Fiji-side of the Origination Zone. However, if deep magma-plume pressures have shifted north along Corridor 1 with so few deep quake events, then this new global tectonic-volcanic dynamic can see a similar scenario playing out along Corridor 2 where a new volcanic eruption event could take place north of Guatemala in Mexico.
